The Wedding Coordinator Package
Starting at $750
The Wedding Coordinator Package is designed for couples who want to do their own planning, but need someone to run the day seamlessly. Coverage begins 2 months from your wedding day when I will step in, contact and coordinate with your vendors, finalize the timeline, run through the ceremony rehearsal, and make sure that you have a stress free day!
This package includes:

Up to four (4) meetings to work on finalizing your details, finalizing the timeline, and answering any last minute questions you have

Run rehearsal before the wedding, so everyone is comfortable with the ceremony proceedings

Wedding day coverage
The Partial Planning Package
Starting at $1,000
The Partial Planner Package is designed for couples who want to plan the big parts on their own, but need some help with the details, sourcing some of their vendors, or just more guidance along the way as they plan their day. Coverage begins 6 months from your wedding day, when I will be available to help you with decisions, vendor research, and, of course, create the timeline and coordinate the day.
This package includes:

One (1) monthly check-in meeting each month until the month of your wedding, which will have two (2) meetings to wrap up the timeline and final details

Assistance with vendor research, decor research, and more in-depth guidance along the way of what you should be working on when
